We describe Kunstgreb as a three legged project.
Kunstgreb is in itself a new way of being innovative. It goes beyond the ordinary norms and patterns that usually dominate in Danish companies and provides the artists with tools to complete innovation projects and integrate new ways of thinking.

1st leg is a unique opportunity that we offer the Danish companies that wishes to include innovative thinking in their processes and invest in an innovation project of their own choice. Our goal is to educate and enlighten companies, both the private and the public sector, so that they are prepared to open up their doors and include artists in their innovation projects.

2nd leg being; the education that we offer professional artists thereby giving them a chance to expand their creativity spectrum and develop their innovative skills, which they can thereafter apply in the business sector. The aim is to educate and empower artists to implement their creative skills in the labour market outside their traditional environment. Another major goal is to build educational and innovative bridges between the artistic world and the business sector.

The 3rd leg is the researching part which is being undertaken by the Danish Artist Union (DAF) together with Copenhagen Business School, which is going to submit the final results and documentation of this project. Apart from educating artists into kunstgrebinnovators Kunstgreb is working on an explicit research and documentation of the relationship between companies and artists in order to collect data and record the value of the results attained.

The training programme & matchmaking
To optimize the partnership the training programme contains three parallel modules of training over a period of 32 weeks. These modules include teaching, workshops, coaching, supervision and practical assignments.
It is of crucial importance that the artistic supervisors and the companies involved establish a common understanding of goals and working methods.
This training programme is open for all kinds of artists who have more than 4 years of professional experience in their field.
The first 4 weeks of the programme is an introductory course. After these 4 weeks the artists can apply to go on to the next level. After a further 4 weeks of training they will start at their first 12 weeks business project. Finally the will specialize themselves with a further 12 weeks business project.
